Yes, select Central Park merchandise is available at the following visitor centers: The Dairy Visitor Center and Gift Shop, Belvedere Castle, the Charles A Dana Discovery Center and the Columbus Circle Information Kiosk. Please visit our Gift Shop page for locations and hours of operation.
Yes, an order confirmation will be emailed at the time the order is placed. It will contain your order number and details. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. The email will include a link with the tracking number(s). If you placed a domestic order and do not receive a confirmation email in seven to ten days from the date the order was placed, or are having trouble tracking your order, please reach out via the convenient Contact us feature in our shop homepage footer.
We make every effort to promptly update our inventory. If your order does contain an item that is temporarily out of stock, your order will be placed on back order and shipped to you as soon as it is complete.
Currently, we do not accept orders via phone, mail or fax.
Yes, we do! We offer a flat-rate shipping option for international orders.
$30 flat-rate for economy international shipping on orders to Canada.
$50 flat-rate for economy international orders shipping to all countries outside of the U.S. and Canada.
Orders will typically be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS which may result in longer delivery times. Please note that recipients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

Membership
There are several ways to become a member:
- Join online. You will receive an email with membership information & benefits, including your discount code.
- Join at any Gift Shop in the Park. You can find the nearest Gift Shop here. Ask any Visitor Service Representative for a Membership application. Once completed, present the form to a representative at the register and receive your member discount.
- Mail us a check, addressed to:

Memberships are not refundable or transferable. If you would like to purchase a gift membership, you can do so here.
The dedicated staff of the Central Park Conservancy takes care of the Park so that it remains beautiful and vibrant for you. Our over 300 staff members do it all- from picking up trash, to caring for the Conservatory Garden, to constructing the New Harlem Meer Center. Over 75% of our budget comes from individual donations, like a donation to become a member. Please help us, if you can, by joining as a member today. Every membership level is 100% tax deductible.

You can receive your member discount at any in-Park Gift Shop by showing your membership card or providing your membership email address to Visitor Service Representative when you arrive at a register to make a purchase. Once the representative has your membership information, your discount will be applied.
If you become a member in-person, at one of our in-Park shops, our Representatives will apply your discount to your purchase at checkout! After the Membership department processes your donation, you will receive a membership card in the mail within 2-3 weeks that states your member discount code.
If you became a member by check, or by another offline way of giving, you will receive your discount code in the mail, within a few weeks of the Conservancy receiving your donation. The discount code will be written on your membership card.
If you are shopping online with an online shop account that uses the email that is on file with our membership team, your discount will be automatically applied. If you are shopping with an account that is using another email address or you do not have an email on file with our membership team, please apply your member discount code in the online cart.
If you recently joined as a member online, the discount code is included in the confirmation, email you received shortly after joining. After the membership department processes your donation, you will receive a membership card in the mail that states your member discount code.
